William Street tower

• Over-clad installation on the William Street facade will continue throughout February. Mast climber removal from the upper floors is now underway.
• Works to remove the mast climbers from the Collins Street facade are now complete. To facilitate the removal of the mast climber equipment from the site, temporary road and footpath closures will be in place along Collins Street and William Street on Saturday, 15 February 2025, from 7am to 7pm. Works are subject to weather and council permits.
• Gantry removal at Centre Court (in front of First Love Coffee) and part of the Collins Street gantry is scheduled for Saturday, 22 February 2025, from 7am to 7pm, with additional works continuing over two Saturdays in March 2025. Temporary road and footpath closures will be in place on Market Street and Collins Street, including restricted access through the main Centre Court entrance. Works are subject to weather and council permits.
• Traffic management will continue to facilitate material deliveries for the completion of works.

*General working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 5pm, unless otherwise specified. All hours referenced are in accordance with City of Melbourne requirements.

*For traffic and pedestrian safety, signage and traffic controllers will be in place during any temporary footpath and/or road closures required for the above-mentioned works.
