Market Street tower

• Over-clad works on the Market Street tower are fully complete.
• Gantry removal works at the corner of Market Street and Collins Street has commenced, with the hoarding removal expected in late August 2024, weather permitting.
• Gantry removal works will occur on weekends throughout August, from 7am to 5pm, with road and footpath closures on Market Street and Collins Street to facilitate the works.
• The Market Street Park will fully reopen once the hoarding is removed, marking the completion of the facade works for the Market Street tower.
• Reinstatement of the Market Street Park is underway. The bluestone paving will undergo a thorough clean. Grass, plants, and trees will be reinstated and maintained by the City of Melbourne.

William Street tower

• Mast climber installation works on the William Street facade are complete, with the Collins Street facade expected to be finished by late August 2024. These works will occur Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 5pm.
• Over-clad installation works on the William Street facade are projected to begin in early September 2024.
• Traffic management will continue to facilitate material deliveries for the completion of works.
